Edward Kim ("Operator") values the privacy of SightOn service ("Service") users and complies with applicable laws.

• Required: Email address, name (from social login), nickname
• Optional: Profile photo, location data
• Automatically collected: Device information, service usage records, last login time

2. Purpose of Collection

• Account registration and management
• Service provision (map-based media display)
• User identification and authentication
• Location-based content display
• Service improvement and statistical analysis

3. Retention Period

• Retained until account withdrawal
• Immediately deleted upon withdrawal (except where required by law)

4. Third-Party Sharing

The following services are used for operation:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage, analytics
• Google Maps: Map service provision

Personal information is not shared with third parties without prior consent.

5. User Generated Content

• Media content uploaded by users may be visible to other users.
• Social activities (posts, comments, likes) are displayed with your nickname.
• Location information in media content is shown on the map for other users to see.

6. User Rights

• Request to view, modify, or delete personal information
• Delete personal information through account withdrawal
• Directly modify profile information

7. Security Measures

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Access control through Firebase security rules
• Minimal data collection

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

Changes will be notified through the app.
